Invoice & Data Quality Manager France (m/w)

Job Purpose Overview :

In this position, you are responsible for Data Quality and Invoice Management for the French market; you will analyse the quality of the operational data deliveries from our suppliers, data processing and also the quality of our output to our customers, going as far as assisting them in their invoice queries
 

Key Responsibilities :

- You are the main contact for Travel Agencies and other partners in France when it comes to technical consultation regarding data input and advice these partners in case of delivery errors
- You are responsible for organizing and providing trainings to our partners in order to guarantee and improve data quality
- You support our partners with their merchant queries and cooperate closely with them to analyse customer queries
- You take care of preventive actions regarding claim handling and find ways to optimize data quality on a long term
- Together with the French Sales and Customer Support team, you manage the customer’s needs concerning invoice claims. You take an active role in analysing the overall consequences of claims being reported by customer or other interfaces, and find solutions with the involved business partners
- You will support your team in NIB in daily business, sharing experiences and best practices
 

Qualifications :

- An academic qualification at graduate level e.g. Bachelor degree in Business or related to Business Travel Management.

Knowledge & Experience :

- Professional experience in an international area is a prerequisite - ideally in customer services, tourism, data processing or some related field.

Skills & Abilities :

- Comfortable with data management, systems and their correlations. Strong analytical skills , quick in understanding complex concepts
- The ability to successfully interact with internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
- Strong interpersonal skills (open minded, social, assertive)
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload
- Autonomous, pro-active and self-driven working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Native French speaker, fluent English. German knowledge is an advantage
