SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER H/F
FOR MICE DEPARTMENT


for our MICE team based in Hanoi, Vietnam.  


Job description :

Mission 01: Management mission.

- Define the Strategic Plan and sales targets.
- Implement the Marketing strategy for the MICE segment : communication, webmarketing, presentations etc…
- Work in cooperation with Production Department to develop new products.
- Support & training the sales & operation teams in Hanoi, Yangon and Bangkok for all matters.

Mission 02: Business Devlopment.

- Direct management of the rep offices in some markets.
- Support to our Sales Managers located in some markets capable to handle MICE directly.
- Organize and participate sales trips in the markets in cooperation with Rep Offices & Sales Managers.
- Develop prospection with all means via Rep Offices or directly.
- Support the sales teams (Hanoi, Yangon, Bangkok) to work directly with clients to identify the needs for incoming requests.
- Source new markets for future developments : USA, Latin America etc…

Mission 03: Marketing.

- Implement the webmarketing strategy and the action plan (webinars, emailings etc…).
- Participate the trade shows selected all over the world.
- Internal trainings about MICE segment.

Mission 04: Reporting.

- Input all data in the CRM.
- Follow-up meetings with the BOM responsible for the 1st year.
- Strategic meeting twice a year.

SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER H/F
FOR LUXURY SEGMENT



An enthusiastic and engaged Sales Development Manager for our MICE team based in Hanoi, Vietnam. You are English / American native / bilingual person with a strong luxury tourism background.  


Job description :

Mission 01: Management mission.

- Define the Strategic Plan and sales targets for existing clients & for prospects with the STLs.
- Implement the Marketing strategy for the Luxury segment : communication, webmarketing, presentations etc…
- Work in cooperation with Production Department to develop new products.
- Support & training the sales & operation teams in Hanoi, Yangon and Bangkok for all matters.

Mission 02: Business Devlopment.

- Direct management of the rep offices : TTC, STR CEE.
- Support to the SDM capable to handle Luxury directly: Francesca (HTMS), Kay (Hulm & Whitehead) and Sonja.
- Organize and participate sales trips in the markets in cooperation with Rep Offices & SDMs.
- Develop prospection with all means via Rep Offices or directly.
- Support the sales teams (Hanoi, Yangon, Bangkok) to work directly with clients to identify the needs for incoming requests.
- Source new markets for future developments : Middle East, Latin America etc…

Mission 03: Marketing.

- Implement the webmarketing strategy and the action plan (webinars, emailings etc…).
- Participate the trade shows selected all over the world.
- Internal trainings about Luxury segment.
- Manage our participation to Traveller Made network.

Mission 04: Reporting.

- Input all data in the CRM.

LEISURE FIT IN FRANCE



Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Commerciale des marchés francophones, votre mission est d’assurer le développement commercial des marchés francophones sur le segment Individuel sur Mesure. Le poste est basé de préférence à préférence à Lille ou à Paris. Le home office est tout à fait envisageable.  


Job description :

I – Stratégie

Elaboration du Plan Stratégique en étroite collaboration avec les Sales Team Leaders en Asie.

II – Prospection

1 / Salons / Workshops / Sales trip

Identification, approche & visite de nouveaux prospects.
Suivi auprès de certains clients pour développer le chiffre d’affaires actuel.
Identification des besoins en production ou autres actions à mener.
Transmission des informations utiles au département commercial au Vietnam.
Planification et suivi des actions.

2 / Animation commerciale au sein du groupement Fidélia

Participation à la préparation et à l’organisation des Workshops, des réunions commerciales et de tout autre événement Fidelia.

III - Fidélisation client / Animation réseaux

Préparation et participation aux actions diverses liées à la fidélisation ou à l’animation de réseaux et de clients actifs en soutien/collaboration de la directrice commerciale basée en Asie.

IV - Production

Etudes de marché et de production sur le marché francophone.

V - Autres

Autres missions définies par la Direction Commerciale.
Inspections & formations dans les destinations commercialisées.

Profil :

Vous avez une vraie envie de vous investir dans une entreprise à taille humaine en pleine croissance.
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du marché du tourisme outgoing, et un profil commercial expérimenté et affirmé. De préférence, vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’Asie du Sud Est. Vous maitrisez couramment l'anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
Vous faites preuve d’une belle aisance relationnelle, d’un bon esprit d’équipe, de curiosité, d’autonomie et d’une grande rigueur.

Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.
