FOR MICE DEPARTMENT
for our MICE team based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Job description :
Mission 01: Management mission.
- Define the Strategic Plan and sales targets.
- Implement the Marketing strategy for the MICE segment : communication, webmarketing, presentations etc…
- Work in cooperation with Production Department to develop new products.
- Support & training the sales & operation teams in Hanoi, Yangon and Bangkok for all matters.
Mission 02: Business Devlopment.
- Direct management of the rep offices in some markets.
- Support to our Sales Managers located in some markets capable to handle MICE directly.
- Organize and participate sales trips in the markets in cooperation with Rep Offices & Sales Managers.
- Develop prospection with all means via Rep Offices or directly.
- Support the sales teams (Hanoi, Yangon, Bangkok) to work directly with clients to identify the needs for incoming requests.
- Source new markets for future developments : USA, Latin America etc…
Mission 03: Marketing.
- Implement the webmarketing strategy and the action plan (webinars, emailings etc…).
- Participate the trade shows selected all over the world.
- Internal trainings about MICE segment.
Mission 04: Reporting.
- Input all data in the CRM.
- Follow-up meetings with the BOM responsible for the 1st year.
- Strategic meeting twice a year.

Profil :
Vous avez une vraie envie de vous investir dans une entreprise à taille humaine en pleine croissance.
Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du marché du tourisme outgoing, et un profil commercial expérimenté et affirmé. De préférence, vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’Asie du Sud Est. Vous maitrisez couramment l'anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
Vous faites preuve d’une belle aisance relationnelle, d’un bon esprit d’équipe, de curiosité, d’autonomie et d’une grande rigueur.
Le poste est à pourvoir dès que possible.
