Job description :
Job title: Head of Production
Location: Hanoi-Vietnam
Category: Tourism & Travel agency
Schedule: Full-time

Job’s duties :
1.Establish and Implement a STRATEGY AND PRODUCTION VISION :
- Establish and implement a global Production Strategy; Share and communicate
- Maintain and Develop the consistency between all 5 Production Department in each destination in terms of product development.
2.MANAGEMENT :
- Supervise and Manage Teams in all 5 Destinations
- Monitor the work performance of the staff, support and train the staff, conduct evaluation interviews.
3.COMMUNICATION: - Maintain effective communication between departments of the company (Marketing, Operation, Quality, Sales, etc).
4.QUALITY: Encourage continuous improvement in the production department and find efficient tools to follow up on production development of Easia Travel.
Job Requirements :
Key requirements :
Ability to interact well with people, tactfulness, able to motivate others.
Awareness of the Market
Organizational, determination, multitasking and decision-making skills
Able to assign responsibilities to staff, good at delegating and at meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently.
Deep knowledge of South East Asia
Very Flexible, be willing and available to travel often (up to 15 consecutive days)
Excellent knowledge of Tour agencies and Tour Operators' operating system and expectations regarding their local DMC.
Understanding of the needs and challenges of Product development in a DMC
At least 7 years of experience in a Managerial position
Other requirements
Foreigner or Vietnamese nationality.
Creativity, autonomy and good sense of product’s evaluation
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded
Good experience in production/tour operating in South East Asia
Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
A similar experience in Vietnam or other South East of Asia Country is highly desirable
Type of working contract :
3 year contract minimum
