TemptingPlaces™ collection gathers 120 independent boutique hotels in 34 countries. Our expertise in the experiential travel industry helps member hotels to penetrate new markets and reinforce their brand positioning through tailored sales, marketing and communication activities.

As a Sales Assistant you will be involved in managing our international boutique hotel portfolio, developing our collection and assisting in other projects. Position of Sales Assistant is essential to develop TemptingPlaces business and maximize the value of TemptingPlaces affiliation for member hotels.

As Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Prospection and qualification of boutique hotels matching TemptingPlaces criteria
- Developing the business relationship with member hotels, identifying their needs and additional revenue opportunities
- Organizing sales activities (tradeshows, sales calls, etc.)
- Being the ambassador of our soft brand to generate sales leads
- Conducting market research and competitors benchmark
- Assisting in sales projects and perform other duties to meet business needs

- Proactive, sociable and sales-oriented individual with an “I can do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills in French and English – verbal and written (extra language is a plus)
- Team player with strong self-organization skills
- Reactive, perseverant and diplomatic
- Good negotiator and resourceful problem solver
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest for the luxury travel market and its key players
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or in a sales position is a definite advantage
