Easia Travel Vietnam– Hanoi

Easia Travel Co. Ltd. is a Southeast Asia Destination Management Company with 14 offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand, working exclusively on a B2B basis.

Launched in 2000 by three tourism professionals, Easia Travel was developed in Vietnam and Cambodia first and then 2011 in Laos. Currently, the head office of Easia is located in Hanoi.

Specializing in tailor-made tours, Easia Travel is investing a large part of its resources to improve the quality of its operations. Currently, more than 260 Easia collaborators take care of more than 30,000 travelers a year.

Due to the high-quality service that we provide, the company is constantly growing and in demand for qualified employees. Today, Vietnam’ head office in Hanoi is searching for a Product Manager. The position is available immediately.

Job description :
Job title: Product Manager
Location: Hanoi - Vietnam

Job duties

- Management - Manage and supervise the Product Department in Vietnam to ensure the operation of the department proceeds in a consistent and effective way.
- Maintenance - Update current products to ensure that they continue to match Easia Travel Group’s standards, image, and values. Additionally, ensure that all databases and systems are kept up to date and accurate.
- Creation - Research, create, and launch new products ensuring that they match the Easia Travel Group standard, image, and values while also catering to the current market trends and clients’ needs.
- Training - Prepare and provide training and updates on new and existing products to ensure that all other concerned departments are kept up to date on product information.
- Coordination - Coordinate with other departments, encourage synergies and maintain collaboration with relevant departments in carrying out processes, and find out what factors need to change in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).
- Good skills in another language are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High level of personal presentation.
- Flexible, willing, and available to travel often (especially in low season).
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Knowledgeable about the cultures of the different markets.
- Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
- Experienced and with a deep understanding of the tourism industry.
- A similar experience in Vietnam or another Southeast Asian Country is highly desirable.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, pro-active, and decisive.
- Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime and under pressure.

Type of working contract :

- 2-year contract, with possible extension to permanent contract.
- 3 months of probation period.
