OPERATION MANAGER (OPEM20/10)
(starting from 1st of December 2014)
NT INCOMING FRANCE is looking for an Operations Manager for its office in Paris 1er. This person will be responsible of management of excursions and transfers organising all services involved in every operation. The Operation Manager will be responsible of a team.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES : (OPEM20/10)
▪ Contracting of the tourist services (transfers and excursions): Contacting with main suppliers of services and negotiating the best conditions and prices for optimizing our margins.
▪ Managing excursions and transfer services in Paris and Cote d'Azur:
- Product planning, and, making the schedule for the excursions and transfers.
- Price-lists calculations, with the defining of the mark-ups - Preparing the programs of the excursions - Calculation of the promo actions.
- Monitoring the completing the excursion groups (the vehicles), and profitability of the Operations.
- Checking the invoicing of services.
▪ Managing the Operations team and guides.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS : (OPEM20/10)
- Experience as Operations Manager (3 years at least)
- Deep knowledge of Paris as tourist destination.
- Deep knowledge of Paris and Cote d'Azur as tourist destination and of suppliers of services.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. The interview would be in English.
- Academic Degree, technical certificate level, preferably in Tourism, or equivalent. (BAC+3/4)
- Experience in comprehensive management excursions and transfer services in an incoming agency: management, operational and customer manners.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Good commercial skills.
- Very proactive person, dynamic and with initiative
- Methodical and exigent
- Start-up environment. Good managing stress situations.
- References will be required.
- Residence in Paris or nearby

Salary: up to 30.000 euros brut per year.
PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (PROE 20/10)
(starting from 1st of November 2014)
NT INCOMING FRANCE is looking for a PRODUCT EXECUTIVE for its office in Paris 1er to work as part of a dynamic team and assume full responsibility for managing hotel rates.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES : (PROE 20/10)
- By working to plan, to recommend and secure the most competitive net contracted rates from existing and
new hotels and to ensure they are completed to deadline for loading on to relevant reservation system
- To load rates and availability of hotels in NT INCOMING FRANCE system.
- To manage offers and conditions for ongoing promotional offers
- To maximise stock availability by analysing and managing stock usage
- To secure additional accommodation and/or ground arrangements to meet demand of all promotions and tactical marketing activities and to ensure details and
prices are available to deadline
- To gather accurate descriptive and marketing information for all contracted hotels, ensure publishable photographic material is collated
- To ensure all reservations staff are fully trained and briefed in all relevant areas relating to the sale of hotel suppliers
- Monitor market competition to ensure competitiveness in the market
- To set and manage margins to our product ensuring to have the best profitability for the business.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS : (PROE 20/10)
- Experience as PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (2 years at least)
- Excellent Negotiation skills and communication skills English speaking essential (other languages will be a plus) Mind for figures and good analytical
skills Working knowledge of Windows applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. (Start-up environment)
- Good knowledge of Tour Operation reservations systems
- Good knowledge of hotels in Paris.
- Academic Degree, technical certificate level, preferably in Tourism, or equivalent. (BAC+3/4)

GROUPS AND BOOKING AGENT (GROB 20/10)
(starting from 1st of November 2014)
NT INCOMING FRANCE is looking for an AGENT OF INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS AND GROUPS BOOKINGS for its office in Paris 1er to work as part of a dynamic team and assume full responsibility for booking and groups department.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES : (GROB 20/10)
• Quotation of groups for Paris and other cities in France, getting the best options of hotels for our clients within 48 hours
• Negotiating with hoteliers in order to get the best conditions for our group’s demands.
• Loading stop sales in the system of the company
• Controlling payment days to hotels.
• Assisting calls and emails from our clients
• Confirming booking in hotels
• Handling booking amendments and cancellations
• Providing information about our products
• Managing complains and urgent matters of clients in hotels.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS : (GROB 20/10)
- Experience as in quotation of groups (3 years at least)
- Deep knowledge of hotels offer in Paris for groups.
- Knowledge of groups requirement from every market.
- Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills English speaking essential (other languages will be a plus. I.e.: German or Chinese) Mind for figures and good analytical skills Working knowledge of Office applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
