Vice President International Partnerships & VIP service
JOB DESCRIPTION :
You will coordinate our community of partners on some countries to ensure that they are proud to be part of our concept and that they deliver a great experience to our clients. You will propose high end FIT or corporate programs to direct customers
Your main tasks will be :
• Follow-up clients’ requests towards our partners
• Increase our number of high-end partners by proposing our concept
• Ensure all sales documents and CRM are up-to-date
• Ensure partners’ contracts and payments are up-to-date
• Smooth the back-office process for our partners
• Propose international tailor made package around high end Wine Holidays
EXPERTISE :
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the high-end travel business: travel agency, DMC or hotel
• Fluent in English
