During the summer season 2015, the occupancy rate of collective touristic accommodations rose by 2.9% according to numbers revealed by Insee on Monday December 21, 2015.
To compare, the institute made note of a decrease of 1.5% for the summer 2014.
The great results of the summer 2015 can be recorded on all of the types of accommodations and on all of France’s zones: +2.5% in mountain areas and 3.7% in river areas.
The biggest increase manifested itself in Bretagne: +6.2% in one year.
