In the context of the continuation of its strategy for external growth, Vacalians Group announced the acquisition of the Domaine de Chaussy in Ardèche (07), in early December 2015.
This campground extends over a surface of 15 acres near the Vallon Pont d’Arc and the Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche. It provides the rental of mobil-homes, a 3 star hotel, lodges, and 300 camping spots including 170 bare camping pitches.
It will be marketed under the brand Tohapi in the “Discovery” range. It should then, in the long term, be upgraded to the “Privilege” range.
Thus, the group is continuing the extension of its own camping parks and reinforces its position in a touristic department popular for its natural sites along with its rich culture and cuisine.
