Job description:

Job title : Product Manager
Location : Laos - Luang Prabang
Category : Tourism & Travel agency
Schedule : Full-time
Compensation : Competitive upon qualification

Job’s duties :

Improve existing production
Research and develop new products in Laos
Lead and participate to inspection on spot
Report to Country Manager in Laos
Establish and update a production plan
Screen competitors’ production
Train sales, marketing, operations, guides about new and existing products
Constantly screen the quality of all products and suppliers, and take correctives actions (short and long term): ensure a good quality follow up

Job Requirements :

Foreigner
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Good skills in a second language (German, French or Italian)
Management and organization skills
Deep knowledge of destinations, itineraries within Laos
Flexible, be willing and available to travel often (up to 15 consecutive days)
Creativity, autonomy and good sense of product’s evaluation
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded
Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft Software)
High level of personal presentation
Good experience in production or tour operating
A similar experience in Laos or other South East of Asia Country is highly desirable

Type of working contract :

1 year temporary contract first, with possible extension to permanent contract
3 months of probation period, renewable twice (maximum 6 months)
