The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing both B2C and B2B sales efforts, developing strategies, and ensuring targets are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Manage and grow existing B2B relationships while acquiring new accounts.
• Increase market share in the local B2C segment.
• Actively participate in client consultations and daily sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Execute social media campaigns and manage content translations.
• Work with operations on product development.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Build strong relationships with airlines and industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
Staff Management
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee staff training, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure fair task distribution and workload management.
• Coordinate vacation and emergency planning.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance and discipline.
• Resolve staff issues and share regular updates
Profil recherché
Requirements
• Degree in Economics, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of finance-related topics.
• Customer service experience, including emergency handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Native French and business-level English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
